Simple, you use QR codes.

Taking school photographs has always been a logistical nightmare. Organising 250 children in one single day, getting them all to smile (well most of them anyway) and getting those test sheets back home to parents has never been easy and that’s before you factor in the safe delivery of the pictures afterwards.

It’s been happening that way for years and nobody seems to have tried to find a better, more efficient way of handling it. Until now of course, because we have at www.brighteyesphotography.co.uk

This is how it works.

First up we organise the photographic day at the school in exactly the same that we’ve been doing for years. Next, we work our magic, making sure that we get as many perfect school photographs as possible (we’re pretty good at this particular part).

But here’s the important bit. Each session with individual children is QR coded and given a password. Then once the session is completed we upload all the relevant images before giving parents the QR codes for scanning and the passwords for their specific child.

Scanning that QR code will take each customer through to the website and once the password is typed in, then they have full access to the pictures of their specific child. The ordering process is simple and requires the sort of basic level of understanding that most people use when they buy from well-known online retailers.

Once this process is completed and payments sorted then the photographs are sent out safely and securely. All you have to do is work out where you want to put those pictures and who else you want to send them to.

www.brighteyesphotography.co.uk understands just how important school photographs are for recording and remembering important milestones in the lives of children. These aren’t just a couple of simple snaps, these are professional photographic shots that are now backed up by software and technology to deliver a higher level of service that the industry has badly missed.

Our children grow up so quickly and it’s why it’s so important to keep a record of their all- important school days … if only to use them again years later to embarrass them.
